1. Agreement to Terms:
By proceeding with the purchase of any software, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.
2. Scope of Work:
- Installations are conducted remotely via Anydesk and TeamViewer.
- The process includes the configuration and setup of the specified software.
- Technical support is available for one month* after installation.
3. Installation Terms & Conditions
By purchasing and using TechRoute66 software and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Single-Device License & No Reinstallation Policy: Each software purchase is strictly licensed for a single PC. Customers are not permitted to install the software on multiple devices, and any attempt to do so is a violation of our terms. If your PC crashes, gets damaged, or requires a reinstallation for any reason, you are not entitled to a free reinstallation or refund. A new purchase will be required to obtain another installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device is in proper working condition before and after installation.
- Each software purchase grants a single-use license per device. Any attempt to transfer, share, or resell the license without prior authorization from TechRoute66 will result in permanent suspension of access without refund.
- Misuse & Unauthorized Sharing: Any attempt to bypass security features, distribute software, or install it on multiple devices will result in immediate termination of access without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of unauthorized distribution or breach of these terms.
4. Customer Responsibility:
To ensure a successful installation, the customer must:
– Provide stable internet access throughout the process.
– Allow full remote access via Anydesk and TeamViewer without interruptions.
– Ensure the VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) is connected and ready.
– Disable or adjust firewall settings as necessary to avoid disruptions.
– Confirm that the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is not damaged and that the OBD ports are in proper working condition.
– Verify that the vehicle does not contain stolen parts that could affect software diagnostics.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or prevent successful installation, and Techroute66 will not be held liable for resulting issues.
5. Scheduling and Delays:
- Installation may take between 24 to 72 business hours based on system complexity and compatibility.
- Techroute66 is entitled to up to 3 business days to complete software installation.
- If software issues arise due to server updates or other contributing factors, Techroute66 is entitled to up to 10 business days to resolve them.
- Techroute66 is not responsible for delays caused by customer-side issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, hardware incompatibility, or failure to meet prerequisites.
6. Customs, duties, and import fees:
- Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or any additional charges imposed by their country.
- TechRoute66 does not cover or reimburse any customs-related fees under any circumstances.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their country’s import policies, regulations, and restrictions before purchasing.
- Any delays caused by customs clearance or import regulations are beyond our control, and TechRoute66 is not liable for such delays.
